The eyes of the Lord are upon His children and He hears us when we call upon His Name.

“For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him.” ~ 2 Chronicles 16:9, NIV

“The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and His ears are attentive to their cry;” ~ Psalm 34:15, NIV

The Eyes of the Lord. Amazing.

Lord, how magnificent is Your Name in all the earth! You are beyond wonderful. Even when life is ridiculously hard, You remain faithful — the eyes of the Lord are always upon me.

Thank You for Your watch-care, for Your tender mercies new every morning.

It is comforting to walk in Your promise that the eyes of the Lord are ever upon me — that You search the earth looking for those of Your children who need to be encouraged. The blessing of that knowledge is almost too much to contain.

Awaken our hearts to remember always that the eyes of the Lord are upon us, searching, strengthening, engaging in the needs of our hearts.

We truly are not alone!

Not in our suffering.

Not in our anguish and sorrow.

Not in our fears of tomorrow.

We are not alone in anything that burdens our heart and crushes our soul. For this I am eternally grateful.

Open our eyes to see You, Lord, and to recognize Your presence with us, especially in these days of uncertainty. Help us recognize Your presence in tangible ways. Awaken our hearts to remember always that the eyes of the Lord are upon us, searching, strengthening, engaging in the needs of our hearts.

God’s Love Knows No Bounds

You are simply amazing, Lord. Just remembering this promise has brought me peace. I ask that You bathe my friends in Your perfect peace, also.

In Jesus’s Name I pray,

Amen
