“Then he (an angel of the Lord) said to me, ‘Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words.'”

Beloved, have you set your heart to understand the things of God? Have you recognized that God, alone, is God – He is sovereign, Holy, mighty in power?
Then God’s Word promises that your prayers are heard by Almighty God! Amazing.
In response to our prayers, He comes to strengthen and encourage us. He comes to uphold us by the righteousness of His right hand.
He comes to cradle us in the shadow of His wing.
Father God, I am so thankful that our prayers are not in vain. You, Lord, hear the cry of Your children. Not only do You hear, but You also respond. I want to be aware of Your intervention – I want to see Your hand in My life. I choose to make You Lord. I choose to seek You and to set my heart to understand Your ways. Father, I humbly bow before You and recognize that You, and You alone, are God.
