“This is what the Sovereign Lord,
the Holy One of Israel, says:
“Only in returning to Me
and resting in Me will you be saved.
In quietness and confidence is your strength.
But you would have none of it.” ~ Isaiah 30:15, NLT
“And this righteousness will bring peace.
Yes, it will bring quietness and confidence forever.
My people will live in safety, quietly at home.
They will be at rest.” ~ Isaiah 32:17-18, NLT
“But blessed are those who trust in the Lord
and have made the Lord their hope and confidence.” ~ Jeremiah 17:7, NLT
My Heart Smiles When I Consider Your Love, Lord
Father, in quiet confidence I find my strength. Draw me near, Lord. Hold me fast and I will rest in You for You are my salvation and my song.
I am secure in Your love and when I consider it, my heart smiles and my restless thoughts stop their meandering into the shadows. It’s a beautiful thing … Your grace. Your love. Your peace that stills my soul. There is a rest for Your people — a quietness of soul — the world cannot give.

You are great, Lord, and greatly to be praised. When my mind is stayed on You, I am kept in perfect peace because I trust You, Lord. Oh, how I trust You, I have placed my hope in You, and I have a quiet confidence that Your love will never fail me.
No matter what.
Thank You, Lord. I offer a sacrifice of praise to You for You alone deserve all praise at all times — in the good times, the bad times, and in the difficult seasons. You, Lord are worthy of all my praise.
In Quiet Confidence I Find My Strength
You are my quiet confidence.
In the Name of Jesus, I pray,
Amen ~ let it be so
