Absolutely Nothing is Too Hard for You, Lord

Father, I am so thankful for Your authority over all the earth. You are the Sovereign God, nothing takes You by surprise and I’m so thankful nothing is too hard for You.

I can rest in that knowledge because I know it to be true.

I have seen You do the impossible. I have watched Your mighty power rebuild the broken and bring peace where there was none. I have experienced Your tenderness when I found it nearly impossible to catch my next breath. What an awesome God You are!

When I consider the heavens, the stars You hung in place, I remember nothing is too hard for You. When I think of the valleys You have carried me through and the seas You have parted on my behalf … again, I’m reminded absolutely nothing is too hard for You. Your love will never fail me.

You are Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. You are the Rock of Ages, Mighty God, and the Keeper of my soul.

I don’t need to worry that You aren’t doing anything to fix the problem — because by faith, I know You are. You are always working, putting the pieces of the puzzle together for my good, for the good of Your children.

You are not a God afar off blinded to the needs of Your children. You are El Roi, the God-Who-Sees-Me, and know all about it. And You care.

You care so beautifully.

I Can Rest in the Knowledge that You are God

O Sovereign God, nothing is too hard for You, I bring You the cares of my heart, my family, and my nation. Greater are You that is in me than he that is in the world. Blessed be Your Holy Name!
