Great is God’s faithfulness and favor for His children.
Lord, the gift of Your grace touches me deeply. How can we wrap our minds around it? You give us favor so undeserved, love so beautiful, faithfulness so reassuring. Thank you.
You showered me in goodness this week and You strengthened me when I thought I couldn’t find the courage to move forward. You are opening doors for me that I long to walk through. I am humbled by Your gifts. Thank You so much.
O how I love You. I can’t begin to say how great is my appreciation for You. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for Your faithfulness.
I bring my friends — my readers — before Your throne of grace. I ask that You shower them with Your many blessings of favor. Cause them to dance in the joy that You are with them and You delight in their love. Let them find Your faithfulness in all things that concern them.
And help them be patient — to wait on Your perfect timing for answered prayer. Help them wait in Your Presence because it is peaceful there and no storm of fear and doubt can reach them beneath the shadow of Your wing.
Thank You for never growing weary with us Lord. Your love is longsuffering and Your mercy is great. We love You, Lord.
In Jesus’ Name I pray,
Amen

Are you searching for God’s peace in the midst of a chaotic world? Do you yearn for the opportunity to step away for just a few moments and remember who He is? I’ve created a Facebook community page for that very purpose. Seeing Beyond the Veil is filled with worship, prayer, scriptures, and encouraging quotes. It’s a place to just come and be for a few moments — be a child of God held safely in His arms.
Seeing Beyond the Veil
Yes and amen and amen Lord!
yep yep yep 🙂
I receive what you’ve just said as for me, especially this paragraph:
“And help them be patient — to wait on Your perfect timing for answered prayer. Help them wait in Your Presence because it is peaceful there and no storm of fear and doubt can reach them beneath the shadow of Your wing.”
This is a time of breakthroughs in my life, but they come slowly. I am not yet walking in THE dream I’ve shared with you, but I’m waiting on Him to manifest His decrees, His perfect plans, His great calling in my life. Meanwhile, I am enjoying His presence, His love, His restoration, His empowerment. I’m spending a lot of time in prayer, just abiding under His wings. As I look at His face, I’m reminded of all the promises He made to me, straight from His Word, and I proclaim them in faith, knowing full well that all He has told me will be fulfilled in His perfect timing, if only I can learn to abide in Him.
Yesterday I was reminded not to despise the little beginnings. I have begun to walk behind Him, to let Him lead me, and even though I don’t quite see where I’m going, I trust that He will get me exactly where He wants to, and that His will for me will be wonderful beyond my imagination. 🙂
I’ve just shared on my blogspot another entry. The topic is mercy. God’s mercy on us, and the mercy we should be walking in.
May the Lord continue to share His heart with you, and bring you encouragement every day so that you’ll be strengthened to keep encouraging us.
Love you!
