I Need You to Break Forth Like the Dawn, Lord
Father, I will sing of Your mercies forever, with my mouth will I make Your faithfulness known, for You are my help, Lord. I will release my praise, especially in the difficult place, until You break forth like the dawn in me.
I’m tired, Lord. Weary. The battles have been fierce and I’ve needed/wanted to shelter in place beneath Your wing. It’s easy there. I can rest there.
But You call me to shine my light in the darkness, to overflow with Your love.
Break forth like the dawn in me. You are the bright Morning Star that burns brilliantly in the darkness just before dawn. Permeate my darkness, Lord … permeate my darkness and renew my strength.
You are my help, Lord, the Keeper of my soul. Return to me the joy of my salvation and I will reflect Your light once more.
When I praise You, You draw near and lift my burdens. In my weakness, You make me strong. In my despair, You bring me hope.
When I sing of Your mercies, I am reminded of Your faithfulness to me. I will offer You a sacrifice of praise in the difficult place, and Your flame within me will ignite, and I begin to see clearly again. Your light is beautiful to me. Comforting. Healing.
Forever You Are Mine
You are my help, Lord, my song in the night. I trust You to break forth like the dawn in the darkness. Forever You are mine.

Dear Nan, Thank you for your faithfulness. I am reminded of Ps.90:14 (tpt)”Let the Sunrise of Your Love end our dark night. Break through our clouded dawn again. Only you can satisfy our Hearts,filling us with Songs of JOY to the end of our days.” The voice translation says “Surprise us with Your Love” ~ So many Lord need to know your unfailing Love & kindness, Sometimes Lord we stumble around in darkness & yet even there your Love surrounds us. Thank you Lord, Let your light shine upon us all, giving us strength & hope for the darkness to be lifted & your light to shine brightly once again.
