Then, like a shepherd leading his sheep, God led his people
out of tyranny, guiding them through the wilderness like a flock.
Safely and carefully God led them out, with nothing to fear.
But their enemies he led into the sea.
He took care of them there once and for all! ~ Psalm 78:52-53, TPT
Whom have I in heaven but you? You’re all I want!
No one on earth means as much to me as you.
Lord, so many times I fail; I fall into disgrace.
But when I trust in you, I have a strong and glorious presence
protecting and anointing me. Forever you’re all I need! ~ Psalm 73:25-26, TPT
God Will Lead Us Safely Into an Unknown Future
Lord, You are sovereign over all the earth. Great are You, Lord! You hung the stars in place. You tell the ocean how far it can come. And You orchestrate our days even when we face an unknown future.
Our future is known by You — You hold our days under Your tender watch-care because of Your great love.
When fear creeps in and threatens to consume me, when despair and confusion raise their ugly heads, I will trust in You. You are my refuge and my strength.

You light my path one step at a time, and even though I want to see my destination clearly You say, Trust Me, My child. I have a future and a hope for you.
Thank You, Lord, for this reminder. Bring my thoughts captive to You as I cling to Your hand, taking one step at a time.
I am comforted when I remember that I don’t need to know what lies ahead in order to be secure. I only need to keep my eyes fixed on You, to guard my heart against the work of the enemy, and You will lead me on — You will even carry me into my unknown future when I feel unsure and afraid.
You will be with me every step of the way.
When We Face an Unknown Future, God is With Us Every Step of the Way
When my soul is weary and troubled, You will console me with Your reassuring presence and remind me that I belong to You. I need not fear. No matter what the future holds, You will always take care of Your own. Your grace will always be sufficient. Your goodness and mercy will always follow me.
Bless You, Lord. I magnify Your holy Name for You are a great God, worthy of all praise.
In Jesus’s Name I pray,
Amen

Thank you so much for stopping by. I would love for you to share what’s on your heart in the comments below. Scroll a little farther down and you’ll see where you can leave your comments. Together, we can find the nearness of God in our darkest moments.
Sweet blessings to you,
I am scared of the future .I am unable to work and I don’t know how much longer I can hold on financially.I have filed for disability and was denied but I have an attorney to help with reconsideration.I know God will get me through this but sometimes the fear and doubt are overwhelming and I feel so useless I continue to pray and ask for peace of mind but the evil one keeps filling me with doubt and fear
Oh, dear one, you are loved with an everlasting love, kept by the power of the Holy Spirit. I am so comforted to know that God sees and knows all about the things that concern us. He is drawn to our difficult places, but often we can’t see Him because our focus is on the difficult and impossible situations. Been there. Done that. We all have. It’s a natural response. I encourage you to physically look up. Consider the heavens and all that they contain. Consider the vastness of His love and the might of His power. And praise Him! When we can’t praise God for our circumstances, we can ALWAYS praise Him for who He is: He is our refuge, our strength. He is our provider, healer, Redeemer, and constant friend. Praise causes our faith to rise and we find the strength to face the next moment, and then the next, and then the next … one moment at at time, knowing that the Lord Himself is in the moments with us.
Let’s pray together, okay?
Father, my friend needs to feel the warmth of Your embrace as You draw near to her difficult place. She is overcome by anxiety and feeling crushed in Spirit. But, Lord, You say that greater are You in us, than he that is in the world. You say that my friend is loved, worthy, strong in You, and an overcomer. I ask that You open her eyes to see tangible evidence of Your presence with her. Empower her by the Holy Spirit to lift high her shield of faith to quench the flaming arrows of the enemy. You promise to surround us as a shield. Open her eyes to see the warring angels surrounding and protecting her. I ask that You go before her in this disability case and make a way where there is no way. I ask that You sustain her in the waiting and give her favor. She has placed her hope in You. Together we have confident expectation with solid certainty that You have heard her cries for help and are responding, putting all the pieces together. Bathe her in Your perfect Shalom peace and hide her beneath the shadow of Your wings until these calamities pass her by. I plead the Blood of Jesus over my friend, and I remind you, Satan, that where the Blood is applied, you have no authority or dominion. Be gone now, in the Name of Jesus. Release her. Spirit of fear and anxiety, you no longer have a hold on her. She is set free to worship her Lord and wait on her miracle. Holy Spirit fill the broken places with Your love and make her whole, complete, and strong. Thank You, Lord. We offer You praise. In the Name of Jesus, I pray, amen.
Thank you for reaching out. Hold fast. God is with you, Nan
