No matter where my path takes me, Your grace is sufficient, Lord
Father, Your hand has held me, guiding me through my life — I love to sense Your grip on mine. Doors open. Doors close. The path is bright. The path is dark. And every step is covered by Your grace.
Oh, Lord, were it not for Your grace …
You are El Shaddai, the All-Sufficient God. Your sufficiency meets my insufficiency, and I am helped. Your grace rains upon me, and I am strengthened in the difficult place. You have taught me of Your sovereignty — it comforts me. I can rest in the knowledge of Your authority so that no matter what direction my life takes, I know it is You who directs my steps.
Nothing happens by chance because I belong to You.
As the world shakes around me, I will not be shaken because You are with me. You are for me. You, Lord, are my firm foundation. When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the Rock that is higher than I.
I will be still and remember that You are God
Thank You for carrying me close to Your heart. I have placed my hope in You … in quietness and confidence is my strength. When the path before me is unclear, I will be still and remember that You are God.
Where You lead, I will follow, for I trust You.
