“If we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.” ~ Romans 8:25, NKJV
“I wait for the Lord, my soul waits; And in His Word I do hope.” ~ Psalm 130:5, NKJV
“Therefore, my beloved, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.” ~ 1 Corinthians 15:58, NKJV
I Have Hope. I Found it in God
Lord, I have found my hope in You — my hope of salvation, my hope of life everlasting, and hope for the needs of my heart. Yes, I have hope … most days. But sometimes, when the battle is fierce, I catch doubt sneaking around the corner.
I don’t want to be tossed about like a feather in the wind. I want to be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in my faith and the hope I have placed in You.
Either I believe … or I don’t.
I do believe.
Therefore I have hope.
You have never failed me, Lord. Repeatedly, You do over and above all that I can hope for or imagine. I believe You delight in answering our prayers because You are a good Father.
Help me persevere when I have to wait on You. Help me not give up, but keep my eyes on You, knowing You are working all things together for my good.
And sometimes it takes a long time to do something suddenly.
Because of You, I have hope. Even when doubt is sneaking around the corner I know how to speak Truth to its lies. I know how to tell doubt to be gone in the Name of Jesus.
And I will.
I Will Not Give Up. His Hope Sustains Me
I will endure the trial, hold fast with perseverance, and wait on You. I will not give up — I have hope because of You.
Bless You, Lord. I praise You for Your faithfulness, and for Your kindness towards me. You are a wonderful, All-sufficient God. I love You, Lord.
In the Name of Jesus, I pray,
Amen

Sweet blessings to you,
My goodness this is exactly why I’ve been finding myself lately hope but no belief..
Bless your heart. I think this is common among people of faith. We can hope because we know the Lord is good, but belief requires faith, which is holding fast to those things we cannot see. It can be hard, so don’t beat yourself up. Confess this to the Lord. Ask Him to help you with your unbelief when you recognize it messing with your hope. That’s what I do. The Lord wants us to trust Him enough to be honest with Him. Ask Him to stir up your faith and help you hold fast to His goodness and hope. I’m stopping to pray for you right now <3
